This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through DreamiDoor within the United States.

At DreamiDoor, we want you to shop with confidence. Even so, due to the nature of our fulfillment process and product handling, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions described below.

The 24-Hour Window We want you to be completely happy with your order! Because of this, we offer a 24-hour window from the moment you place your order to request a cancellation or make any changes. If you change your mind within those first 24 hours, just let us know and we will issue a full refund immediately.

Customization & Production Once that first day has passed, your order moves directly into our workshop. At this stage, our team begins the process of crafting, engraving, or printing your specific details onto the product. Because we are creating something uniquely for you, the materials used cannot be reversed or repurposed for another customer.

Final Sale Policy Due to the highly personalized nature of what we make, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the 24-hour mark has passed and production has begun. Every order is considered final sale once it enters our customization queue.
