Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through DreamiDoor within the United States.

At DreamiDoor, we work to deliver your order as efficiently and transparently as possible. Please read the details below before completing your purchase.


1. Order Processing Times

All orders require a processing period of:

  • 3–4 business days

Processing includes order verification, product preparation, quality checks, and packaging.
Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Custom Manufacturing then takes roughly another 3-4 business days.

High-volume holiday seasons may extend processing times slightly.


2. Shipping Times

After processing, delivery times within the United States are:

  • 9 to 12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Carrier workload

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak seasons (e.g., holidays)

  • High order demand

  • Destination within the U.S.

These circumstances are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email

  • Your tracking number will be included once it becomes available

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear depending on the carrier’s system

If the customer provides an incorrect email address and fails to receive tracking information, DreamiDoor is not responsible.


4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are fully responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

DreamiDoor is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned to sender for address issues

  • Lost packages resulting from customer errors

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors cannot be refunded or replaced.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, DreamiDoor is no longer responsible for the package.

We are not liable for:

  • Packages lost by the carrier

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Stolen packages after delivery

  • Packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact the carrier directly with their tracking number.


6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders enter processing quickly:

  • Changes or cancellations can only be requested within 24 hours after placing the order

  • After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed and may not be possible

We cannot modify an order that has already been processed or shipped.


7. Split Shipments

Depending on availability and logistics, items in an order may ship separately.
If this occurs, customers will receive tracking information for each shipment at no extra cost.


8. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and vary depending on:

  • Order value

  • Delivery location

  • Selected shipping method (if applicable)

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the package is delayed by the carrier.
